localleads is a subscription service operated by Merrowby. For $99 per month you receive, for one city of your choice, a continuously updated, scored list of local businesses with a fixable web-presence gap, delivered in your account. You can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
Lists are compiled at scan time from public business-listing data supplied by third-party vendors, then classified and scored by us. The data is provided as-is: business details change constantly, and we do not guarantee any particular list size, contact accuracy, or business result. What we do guarantee is your money back in the first month if the results are not worth it to you, which is set out below. localleads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google.
Your use of delivered lists is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: personal email, postal mail, and live calls are your channels; automated or bulk SMS to delivered numbers is prohibited, and you are responsible for the legal compliance of any outreach you send. Each subscription licenses your organisation only — no resale or redistribution of the data.
Your first month is guaranteed. If the leads we find are not worth it to you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to explain why, and you keep whatever we already delivered. The guarantee covers the first paid month of an account once.
Separately, and for as long as you subscribe: if a scan fails we re-run it, and if we can't deliver in a given period, tell us and we will credit or refund that period. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
